Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Healthcare organisation based in Burton-on-Trent with the appointment of a generalist HR Advisor to join a busy HR function.

This role offers a mix of office and home working with circa 3 days per week in the office.

Description

Working as part of a busy team, the role of HR Advisor is a busy generalist position providing support to a wide range of stakeholders.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters
Provide advice and guidance on HR polices and procedures
Support with a range of HR queries
HR reporting and KPIs
Supporting leaders and employees with healthrelated queries including occupational health referrals
Support HRBPs with change projects such as TUPE and redundancy
Support with the delivery of training to stakeholders
