    About Eden Boys' School, Preston

    Eden Boys School, Preston is a Muslim faith-based secondary school for 11 to 18 year old boys, which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none. We opened in 2015 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism. We were graded as Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in May 2018.

You will be committed to making a positive difference to young peoples lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

    The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

    You will have:

  • NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Good level of literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard or experience in relevant discipline.
  • Experience of working within an educational environment.
  • Experience of SIMS computerised systems.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
  • The ability to prioritise, work quickly and accurately, particularly under pressure and to deadlines.
