Efficiently managing incidents, changes, and information requests in ServiceNow. At least 12 months of experience in a busy, customer-focused Telco, Data Centre, or IT service environment. Networking qualification like CCNA or a relevant degree. At least 24 months of specialist experience in LAN, WAN, or WLAN (CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience). Comfortable with 'shift' work. Permanent position Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts of 7-3:30 / 9-5:30 & 10:30-7) A requirement to work 1 weekend in - but days off given in the week and overtime paid for additional hours Office-based Ready to take your career to the next level?
