    SRG are currently looking for an Events and Compliance Executive for a Global Pharmaceutical Company who have opened a new vacancy within their team on an initial 5 Month basis to be based at their office in Camberley.


    The Role:
    The Events and Compliance Executive is responsible for supporting the Business Unit in the delivery of Event and Customer strategies via the inception, development and activation of focused activity plans, by performing an administrative and project support function to the Vision Care Business Unit, to ensure that all events, marketing and communication activities needs are met compliantly


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for Event Management within the area overseeing the total plan and ensuring events are strongly delivered.

    Support the Marketing and Professional Affairs departments in the overall development and implementation of strategies, through supporting to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.

    Responsible for administration associated with indirect purchasing through purchase requests and goods receipts.

    Supervise the implementation of the Promotional Practices Policy in all aspects and ensure completeness of filings in cooperation with the Business Unit.

    Compliance support Maintain all registers and databases associated with compliance and associated processes, to be reviewed through regular monitoring together with Compliance manager.

    Event Management Co-ordinate the overall event plan ensuring visibility of the calendar within the business.

    Provide strategic and operational support ensuring events are strongly delivered and positively represent brand values - this will include delegate liaison to facilitate logistic planning.

    Assist in the assembly of marketing materials for both external and internal events


    Skills/Experience Required:
    Previous compliance experience or working within a marketing background, and knowledge of marketing principles within healthcare/pharmaceutical.
    Experience of managing projects and events.
    Experience of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence.
