    About the role

    To provide full administrative support to the Customer Success Team.

    Key accountabilities:

  • Support all sales admin functions of the customer success teams
  • Document sales processes and standard operating procedures to ensure standardisation across the unit
  • Support CRM usage, reporting, process enablement and training.
  • Organise Sales reports
  • Work across the business to resolve critical issues and operational challenges to meet customers goals
  • Support sales process improvements to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks relating to the sales/customer success function
  • Pre-Sale

  • Work across the business to support the customer onboarding process
  • Organise and create bespoke introduction sales presentations and formal proposal responses.
  • Arrange meetings, product demonstrations and support b2b event attendance.
  • Post Sale

  • Utilise CRM to insure all activity is booked on and accurately to insure delivery
  • Organise customer campaign and artwork approval where required across a range of marketing channels by liasing between customers and internal operational teams
  • Gather data and organize reports on product and campaign performance for customers
  • Prepare reports for internal teams on customers and products utilising the CRM
  • Partner with delivery and customer teams to unify and improve processes and insure sales team are trained accordingly

  • Skills, qualifications, and experience

  • Sound knowledge and experience of using excel
  • Knowledge of CRM systems – preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in working with fast-paced sales teams
  • Organisational and planning skills, project management
  • Comfortable dealing with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Package

    Salary - up to £25,000
