    Business Development Executive
    Opportunity to join as a 360-consultant, focusing on delivery and business development dependent on market trends
    Proactively sourcing candidates and clients through headhunting, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach and creating long lasting relationships
    Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
    Win and keep accounts you bring on

    Headquartered in Manchester, with offices in London, New York and Chicago
    Hyper-growth phase looking to add to all areas of the business
    6 months+ B2B sales experience with closing or permanent recruitment consultancy is essential
    ~ Experience within permanent Tech recruitment would be advantageous
    ~ You will have experience of headhunting including cold calling, LinkedIn Talent Pool creation, CRM searches and following a sales cadence
    ~ You must be commutable to the office in Didsbury 3-5 days a week minimum
