    The Role

    QiH in London is growing We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and continue to support the growing demands of the business during a period of rapid growth.

    In this role, you'll solve business-critical challenges and deliver a best-in-class product experience by leveraging data to make informed decisions on feature development prioritisation and A/B testing to optimise key journeys. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, prioritising features aligned with our business goals, and expanding our presence across multiple territories and verticals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own the roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the product strategy and vision, with full accountability for delivering items that have a measurable impact on your KPIs and focusing on outcomes over outputs.
    • Develop and execute a consistent framework of A/B tests to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
    • Utilise product analytics data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve product performance.
    • Efficiently manage development resources, ensuring maximum value and timely delivery of features and enhancements, running stand-ups, planning, demo, and retro sessions.
    • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Google Tag Manager, pixels, and other tracking tools for effective measurement and reporting.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Development, to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
    • Drive top-of-funnel initiatives like landing page testing and optimisation to increase lead generation.
    • Monetise traffic by optimising results pages, and ensuring relevant and engaging content for our users.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in online gambling and affiliate marketing.

    About You:

    Must have experience and technical skills:

    • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a high-transactional volume eCommerce or affiliate marketing business.
    • Strong background in A/B testing methodologies, experience with AB testing tools (e.g. Optimizely / VWO) with a track record of driving improvements in conversion rates and user engagement.
    • Experience in identifying and solving customer and business pain points and opportunities.
    • Experience in leading ideation sessions, wireframing and designing optimal features and user journeys in collaboration with the x-functional team.
    • Proficient in interpreting and leveraging product analytics data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to measure funnel performance and make informed decisions.
    • Experience managing development teams, understanding technical constraints, and effectively communicating requirements.
    • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, pixels, and other tracking tools for website optimisation and performance tracking.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

    Soft skills:

    • Focus on the metrics that matter and deliver features or improvements that move the right needles.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities, adept at working across departments to drive consensus and engage stakeholders at every level.
    • A passion for the online gambling industry and understanding the regulatory landscape (especially in the UK and US markets) are preferred.
