We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address their inquiries and provide assistance
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year

  • Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
