Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Accounts Payable team as an AP Team Member.

This role requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills, along with good planning and administration abilities. Experience is not essential as we provide comprehensive training.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a thirst for learning, and the ability to embrace modern technology and ways of working.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process invoices with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage your workload effectively to maintain quality
  • Engage with the team and other stakeholders across the business
  • Contribute to KPIs and team objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally

Dimensions of the Role:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procuretopay queries
  • Process invoices promptly and accurately
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolve internal and external supplier queries
  • Schedule and process payments
  • Assist with reconciliations and periodend close activities

Experience:


  • Previous experience in data entry
  • Familiarity with statement reconciliations
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes (beneficial but not essential)
