Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Accounts Payable team as an AP Team Member.
This role requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills, along with good planning and administration abilities. Experience is not essential as we provide comprehensive training.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a thirst for learning, and the ability to embrace modern technology and ways of working.

- Focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Work proactively and demonstrate initiative
- Process invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Manage your workload effectively to maintain quality
- Engage with the team and other stakeholders across the business
- Contribute to KPIs and team objectives
- Build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally
Dimensions of the Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procuretopay queries
- Process invoices promptly and accurately
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolve internal and external supplier queries
- Schedule and process payments
- Assist with reconciliations and periodend close activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry
- Familiarity with statement reconciliations
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes (beneficial but not essential)
