Our client requires a Finance Manager (PART QUALIFIED) to start within a month maximum to assist the CFO the company is multinational training provider at the forefront of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, equips medical professionals with recognised qualificationsin non-invasive injectable cosmetic procedures.

In an industry where science meets art, their courses bring new skills and techniques to medical practitioners across the globe.

They have a UK-wide training covering London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Edinburgh, as well as international training academies in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth (Australia), Stockholm (Sweden) and Dubai (UAE), which attract delegates from around theworld.


Job Description:

Based in their London Office near Bond Street and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FM will be responsible the following:

Day to day management of DM accounting system (Xero), including but not limited to reconciliations, coding transactions, ensuring all invoices are correctly set up.

Producing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from Xero as agreed with the CFO.
Short-term and long-term financial strategies to ensure achievement of company objectives.

Help to oversee expense management process including ensuring Concur (expense management tool) is fully reconciled and all expenses are reviewed and approved in line with company policies.

Provide DM teams with access to payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal, PABAU, Access Planit.
Support monthly payroll process.
Record the accounts payable and receivable.
Help to prepare regular DM VAT returns.
Provide administrative support during Budget preparation.
Participate in quarterly and annual Audits.
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
Support cashflow forecasting and reporting.
Support preparation of financial statements for quarterly Board meetings.
Producing cost base forecasts for international locations, based on the UK historical cost base.

Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Previous work experience as a Financial Assistant or similar role.
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero or equivalent).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Track record and focus on a strong control environmental.
Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Industry involvement - staying abreast of industry trends and issues.
Highly collaborative - history of delivering results through teamwork and individual effort.
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and maintain calm under time pressure.
Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a small team.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technological environment.
