Description

As Regional Support Manager you will support a variety of care home services across West Yorkshire. 5-6 services in total.
You will offering support to the Registered Managers including compliance, governance, audits and operational support.

Responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager:

Improve the quality of services
Main focus of role is centered around compliance and quality.
Required to manage people and resources to ensure highquality standards of care and service are delivered to regulatory, contractual and company standards.
Provide operational support and management where additional support may be required.
To lead and manage both employees and resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards.
