Description
As Regional Support Manager you will support a variety of care home services across West Yorkshire. 5-6 services in total.
You will offering support to the Registered Managers including compliance, governance, audits and operational support.
Responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager:
- Improve the quality of services
- Main focus of role is centered around compliance and quality.
- Required to manage people and resources to ensure highquality standards of care and service are delivered to regulatory, contractual and company standards.
- Provide operational support and management where additional support may be required.
- To lead and manage both employees and resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards.
