The Client

My client in NHS works in partnership with all who use their services to improve health and wellbeing covering community, sexual health, mental health, health and justice and addictions services.

Together they look at ways of improving an individual's qualityof life, through high quality healthcare and personal support.

The Role
The Client is looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to provide highly specialised assessment and treatment for patients.

Short Term Rehabilitation service accepts referrals from acute hospitals, inpatient rehab units, discharge to Assess, GPs, careco-ordinators and social prescribers.

Community therapists visit patients in their own home/usual place of residence to provide an assessment of needs and interventions to maximise the independence of the patient and reduce care calls where necessary.
