TH Recruit is exclusively working with one of the UK's largest privately owned Property Development Companies as they recruit for a Infrastructure Engineer to join their Midlands based region located in Derbyshire.

This position has become available due to continued success and growth, the opportunity will offer some flexibility/remote working from home or site but will be predominantly office based.

The person they appoint will be responsible for the management of projects from initial concept/feasibility stage to detailed design. Managing/controlling consultancy project fees.

• Appoint topographical and utility surveys.
• Vetting of design to ensure commercial compliance.
• Supporting the team with discharging any planning conditions.
• Managing S38/S104/S278 Legal Agreements with Solicitors.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships, deal with contractors and review costs and programmes.

Capability to go to site and review construction of infrastructure to ensure compliance and quality.
