This is a temporary Financial Accountant role working for a growing manufacturer in Maidenhead. This Financial Accountant role is very varied and would be suitable for someone with solid month end experience.

This Financial Accountant role will be working for a well established/growing business in Maidenhead.

Description
This temporary Financial Accountant position, will involve the following responsibilities:

Reconciliation preparation
Postings entries Microsoft Dynamics
Review of management account upload to corporate reporting system including clearing validations, allocations, accuracy
Assist in preparation and review of budgets (onshore, UK and consolidation) for accuracy, omissions, consolidation adjustments
Assist in capture and clearing of validations, allocations, accuracy
Input of purchase/sales invoices
Discussions with territories on the terms of the business booked via UK entity directly to customers pricing, Incoterms, customers, payment
Review draft contracts prepared by territories customers/ad hoc
Preparation of supplier payments and allocation of cash books to supplier accounts
Supplier accounts reconciliation monthly to supplier statements
Governance new customers, new suppliers
Review daily cash balances and projected inflows/outflows
Daily cash book reconciliation and processing payments/receipts
Foreign payments and receipts prepare purchases/sales of foreign currencies to meet payments due or to convert foreign currency receipts to USD
Approve payments
Manage yearend finalisation
Manage audit pack completion and auditor signoff
Assist with Statutory Accounts preparation

Profile

Good working knowledge of Excel and ability to design and interpret complex spreadsheets
Exposure to ERP systems with Microsoft Dynamics being an advantage
Exposure to corporate reporting systems
Commercial acumen
Work experience as a finance accountant
