My client is a reputable aerospace manufacturing company located in Letchworth Garden City, with a strong focus on precision engineering.

They specialise in high-performance components and assemblies for the aerospace industry. They are now currently seeking a FAIRS Inspector / Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team.
(Quality Engineer) - Position Overview

Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to verify dimensional accuracy, material properties and compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Generate comprehensive FAIR documentation, including inspection reports, measurement data and certification records, to support product traceability and compliance.
Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques and processes improvements.

Stay informed about industry trend, regulatory updates and best proactive in quality assurance to maintain the company's competitive edge.

(Quality Engineer) - Position Requirements
Proven experience in quality engineering roles within the aerospace and manufacturing industry, with a focus on FAIRs inspection.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations, including AS9100, AS9102 and FAI Requirements.
Familiar with quality management software and tools is desirable.

Monday to Thursday - 7am - 17:15pm
Friday and Saturday overtime availability
