Allowing social workers in the team more time on their cases and more balance with there work and home life.

Ensuring that people get the personalised care they need and additionally will create a better work life balances for the social workers.

In this role you will undertake effective assessment and care planning as well as attend child protection case conferences, child in need meetings, legal planning meetings, LAC reviews, professional's meetings, and undertake statutory duties.
