    Office 365 Manager – Membership

    InterQuest are working in partnership with a not-for-profit organization in Central London and we are looking for an experienced Office 365 Manager.

    Our partner is looking for an experienced Office 365 Manager to manage, configure, maintain, secure, and develop M365 & Azure Cloud and provide technical infrastructure support of server, security and networking platforms. The role will also be responsible for effective data management, backup, and DR capabilities, and provide elevated 3rd line support assistance to helpdesk where needed along with providing elevated 3rd line support assistance to helpdesk where needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with business units to ensure sufficient implementation of cloud technologies
    • Provide appropriate support and advice to 1st line support technicians and all users
    • Manage configure and support the development of the M365 enviornment across the group
    • Lead the deployment of new power automate workflows, automations and services exploiting the full suite of technologies
    • Develpopment and implementation of training and support functions for staff using the 365 platform
    • Ensure smooth running of the groups IT infrastructure including networking, hybrid server estate, cloud services, data management and security
    • Maintain and expand cloud knowledge, industry trends and best practises and an awareness of emerging security technologies and determine suitability

    Skills & Experience

    • Significant knowledge and experience of configuring, delivering and administering SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.
    • Strong knowledge and experience of governance, security, compliance, and configuration of M365 tenancies
    • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems for communications, email, collaboration, and file sharing
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Azure, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud Security, Storage Networking
    • Advanced knowledge of cloud-based backup configuration and management solutions
    • Advanced knowledge of Network Security, Cyber Security platforms and infrastructure measures
