    Are you ready to take on a key leadership role within the Clinical Manufacturing & Supply organisation? We are seeking a skilled and effective Business Process Owner (BPO) for our clinical logistics processes.

    This role is accountable for developing and ensuring the performance of the clinical logistics business processes, aligning them with our business goals.

    For the applicable clinical logistics processes:
    Own the definition, design, and management of processes to support the clinical logistics strategy.
    Establish and lead the Process Network.
    Be accountable for communication, roll out and training.
    Own process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and reporting to improve performance.

    Manage relationships with key partners and connected BPOs (Business Process Owner) to improve the end-to-end value chain.
    Ensure Process Adherence and Compliance (including deviations & CAPAs (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions)).
    Identify and manage risks and own Business Continuity Plans.
    Own relevant data standards.
    Broad and deep understanding of logistics and its key processes.
    Ideally, strong experience within temperature controlled logistics
    Experienced in Lean and Business Process Management.
    Proven ability to deliver supply chain / logistics strategic change.
    Drive performance internally and with external partners.
    Knowledge of Lean principles to achieve business objectives.
