What's the purpose of this role?
The Customer Service Team Member role is integral to the delivery of Stowe's Customer Value Proposition.

The Customer experience is at the heart of every process and procedure and has been carefully designed with the Customer's needs in mind.

It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Team to manage the initial customer journey.

Requirements:

As a Customer Team Member you will be responsible for;
New Client Enquiries;

  • Establishing the client's needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those
  • Accurately taking down key information and entering onto case management system
  • Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
  • Signposting and providing additional information where required
  • Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate with the client
Aftercare;

  • Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message

Benefits
Hours and salary;

  • Full time (35 hours) 2 weeks initial training in our Harrogate office
  • Home and Harrogate officebased working (you control how that looks)
- £22,000
