Land & Planning Manager - Stirling - Ogilvie Homes

Eden Scott is pleased to be supporting Ogilvie Homes with the appointment of an experience Land & Planning Manager to work closely with the Land Director on development and conversion of strategic land opportunities across Scotland.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ongoing analysis of the existing land bank to advise on strategic decisions
• Conversion of strategic development sites to Allocated / PPP status
• Leading and co-ordinating External Consultants to support relevant PPP / LDP submissions
• Leading and co-ordinating Pre-Development Meetings and input to Project Meetings
• Negotiation and conclusion of any S69 / S75 agreements
• Identification of development opportunities for Board consideration
• Preparation, management and negotiation of new land bids
• Securing of land within budget in line with the Company's acquisition programme
• Securing of all necessary legal agreements to facilitate land purchases

Are you:

• HND/Degree qualified in a land/planning discipline?
• A lateral thinker with determination and confidence to problem solve?
• A good negotiator with excellent communication skills?

Do you:

• Have a membership of a relevant professional institution?
• Have detailed knowledge of the Planning System / Legislation (Scotland)?
• Have sound knowledge of the construction process and technical constraints?
