**Customer Service Advisor
£21,930
Kings Hill full time for the first 20 weeks
Hybrid thereafter - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
24 days annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)

Generous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution), enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme, paid volunteering day**This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who has previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre / call centre / high volume inbound call environment or within an office where being on the phone for part of the day is aregular occurrence and is looking for their next career move within a highly successful company who offer an excellent benefits package and friendly work environment.


The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
  • Liaising with both new and existing customers
  • Setting up accounts and taking customer payments (one offs and setting up direct debits)
  • Updating the inhouse CRM
  • Providing ad hoc admin support
