Commercial & Retail Property Manager

This role is the perfect 1st client side move for a property management surveyor currently working at Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level within a London based consultancy, this role will offer you exposure to award winning trophy assets, a highly inspiring experienced team and a chance to get involved with in-house strategic value add initiatives.

Madison Berkeley are delighted to partner exclusively with this client side investment & development company who continue to deliver innovative and best in class products to their developments, they are now looking to expand their in-house team with a Commercial Property Management Surveyor. The successful candidate will be managing 200,000sqft+ of brand new office space, luxury retail assets and plenty of F&B. This in-house role is a pivotal part of the Property & Asset Management department and will assist the Property Director with the day to day management which will include tenant management, key lease events, arrears management, service charge and value add asset management. There is an outsourced property management consultancy so this will be an oversight PM role.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and hold several years of hands on commercial property management experience (consultancy or client side), office & retail experience essential.
