Role:
Consultant (Hybrid Cloud)


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with enterprise and solution architects, business analysts and developers to prepare and create plans for value driven hybrid data center & public cloud solutions, meeting security standards and fulfilling business needs.
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor on hybrid Data Center and public cloud infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in Designing, deploying, and administrating Azure and AWS cloudbased solutions.
  • Ability to act as a technical lead to support solutions delivery, demonstrating expertise in system architecture and collaborative problemsolving to ensure successful implementation and optimization of innovative technology solutions.
  • Perform discovery, analysis of business needs and define client requirements in conjunction with the account executives to determine technical requirements for project work.
  • Azure Landing zone design capabilities using multiple Azure accounts, subscriptions, including but not limited to connectivity, identity, management, and DevOps.
  • Deep understanding of azure services such as vNETS, express route, Azure Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, azure key vault, resource groups, recovery service vault, availability sets, roles and policies, DNS, azure firewalls, VPN, app gateway, Front Door and privatelinks.
  • Experience with infrastructureascode, such as Terraform and CI / CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering onpremises, Public and Hybrid Data Center projects.
  • Master the arts of Azure migration/modernization/rationalization strategies, DevOps practices, and the magic of automation.
  • Expert level understanding of Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Wireless Authentication, AGPM, Key Management Server (KMS), DFS, Always-On VPN, Network Policy Server (RADIUS Authentication).
  • Subject Matter Expert in Windows technologies like Microsoft Failover Clustering, Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), File and Storage Server, Print Server Management, Network Load Balancing, Data Deduplication, Web Server (IIS), FTP Server.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Virtualization technologies like, VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, Dell VXRail, vROPS, VMWare vSAN.
  • Must have extensive expertise in Escalation Handling, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Management, Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Capacity Planning, Service Improvement, Problem solving, Troubleshooting and Decision Making.
  • In depth knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, scripting SQL backups and restores, SQL Server high availability solutions, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Work closely with Cyber Security to ensure security standards are adhered to and minimize impact to the end user experience.
- knowledge of deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure Windows Virtual Desktop Nerdio Manager.

  • Knowledge of HA, DR, backup, recovery as well as performance efficiency.
