    Description

    Are you an IT Technician looking to develop your personal and technical skills? The role is based in the Internal IT Department.

    Your purpose is to own and manage helpdesk tickets and project requests whilst being an active member of the IT Department.

    You will also help assist with any other IT tasks when required.
    Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
    Own take responsibility for helpdesk tickets ensuring end users are updated with progress and notes are updated to reflect the current status
    Troubleshoot hardware and software issues until resolution or managed to conclusion before escalation
    Take responsibility and ownership of project work.
    Experience of Active Directory, Azure, Office365, Windows Defender
    Familiarity with tools, such as EndPoint/inTune or JAMF or imaging processes
