    Senior legal counsel - Employment/ Commercial

    We have an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in sustainable technologies, the job will be split between legal commercial and employment. Providing high quality legal services throughout the group functions and act as a business partner to the companys HR leads in their strategic employment activities. Around 30-50% of the role will be dedicated to employment related matters/advice.

    The job includes covering a wide range of domestic and international commercial matters including Procurement, Research and Development, IT, Tax, Treasury, Finance, HR, Corporate Communications, Group Risk and Assurance, and Security.

    Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents and commercial contracts. This ranges from standard terms to bespoke agreements.

    Have good commercial legal exp
