    Our Networks Technicians play a key role in looking after our bespoke communications networks for some of our clients that help keep our country safe.

    You'll be helping to manage the support and development of global and highly complex voice and data platforms solutions, following the ITIL service operations model.

    Your day-to-day work can range from troubleshooting network faults to completing customer and internal work orders, to system administration, project support and migration support.

    You'll also carry out tasks to help install and commission various types of new equipment and technologies within our various bespoke platforms - it's all in a day's work for you.


    We'll get you trained in the use of cutting-edge technologies to remotely diagnose and support various types of platforms across a variety of different networks.

    It's key you avoid any network downtime and make sure you always put the customer first.

    Our Networks Technicians have a really unique role in keeping our country connected.

    Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will become part of a dynamic team of dedicated support engineers supporting one of BT's biggest customers globally.

    About the apprenticeship you'll study for
    As a Networks Technician,"you'll study for a Level"4 apprenticeship, called Networks Engineer Level 4.

    Your apprenticeship scheme will last 30 months and 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to studying.
    You'll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English and Maths. We value diversity and celebrate difference.
