At Tradewind recruitment in Bristol, we are looking for psychology students and graduates who would like to work in schools as Teaching assistants to join our supply teaching assistant pool from January 2023.

We recruit teaching assistants and other types of education staff to work in schools across Bristol, Bath and South Glos.

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible students who would like to make a difference to the emotional and academic development of children and young people.

As a teaching assistant you will be expected:

To provide engaging and empathetic educational support to pupils
To assist the teacher delivering lessons
To have understanding/knowledge of special needs or a keen interest in helping vulnerable pupils
To aid learning and emotional wellbeing
