    Commercial Analytics Director | Impact led fundraising platform scale-up | London/hybrid

    The client:

    Harmonic is thrilled to be collaborating with one of the top online fundraising platforms, offering individuals the opportunity to win incredible experiences and prizes while supporting charitable causes. With a successful decade-long journey, our client has disrupted the fundraising space raise over $150m net to support more than 400 charities.

    The have raised over £100m from some of the top VCs across the UK and US they now have an expanding global presence with new market expansion planned over the next couple of years. As the continue to expand their presence in the UK and international markets, they are seeking an experienced data/Analytics professional to join their team and support with the strategic decision making across the business.

    The role:

    Our client is looking for a dynamic and visionary Commercial Analytics Director to spearhead the data-driven initiatives and catalyse growth across sales, marketing and product development. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with cross-function teams, you will drive innovation by harnessing the power of analytics to uncover actionable insights.

    You'll not only lead the charge in providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making but also play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term data strategy. With ownership of departmental budgets, you will have the autonomy to drive impactful initiatives and build out the BI/data function, offering a unique opportunity to assemble and mentor a team of analytical experts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Driving innovative analytics by collaborating with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities across sales, marketing and product development
    • Leadership of customer behavioural analytics and customer acquisition cost to influence and set KPIs to optimise business performance
    • Supporting C-Suite with wider strategic work and longer-term data strategy
    • Utilise strong data analytical skills to provide valuable insights for strategic decision making across the business
    • Ownership and influence of departmental budgets

    What we need to see (Essential):

    • Strong data analytics skills using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI
    • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent collaborative working skills
    • Strong communicator

    What we would like to see (Bonus):

    • Proven track record of working in fast paced environments
    • Previous experience building out a data/BI department
    • Genuine interest and passion for the industry

    Salary: £100,000 - £120,000

    Location: Holborn (3 days in office)
