    Position: Diploma-Qualified Paraplanner

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with financial advisors to gather client information and assess their financial goals and needs.
    • Conduct thorough research on financial products, investment strategies, and market trends to support the development of comprehensive financial plans.
    • Prepare accurate and detailed financial reports, including investment analyses, retirement projections, and risk assessments.
    • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Liaise with product providers and other external stakeholders to obtain quotes, illustrations, and other necessary information.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry developments affecting financial planning practices.
    • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including organizing client meetings, managing documentation, and responding to client inquiries.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the financial planning department.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma qualification in Financial Planning or related field is essential.
    • Previous experience in a paraplanning or similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and information.
    • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
