Are you looking for a Software Team Leader Embedded in Hampshire?

My client is a very well-established, highly profitable company that designs and manufactures a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world.

Due to expansion, they are looking for a Software Team Leader Embedded to join the team.

The team is currently 6 embedded software design engineers, and your role will be a mix of team leadership and hands-on technical (hands-on being design reviews, technical problem solving, architecture work, software programming etc).

You will have a strong background in embedded software design with experience of various Micros.

This company's R&D team works hybrid, in this role on a typical week, youll be in the office one day a week.

But they are very flexible and there will be weeks you wont need to come in at all and some weeks youll need to be in to use the lab etc.

Responsibilities and Technical Skills required in this Software Team Leader Embedded will include: You will have a strong background in embedded software engineering with experience of various Micros ideally from 8 to 32-bit.

Experience with RTOS and bare metal would be good, although not essential to have both.

Experience in technical leadership within embedded software able to lead a design team to deliver products, including the ability to conduct detailed reviews of other engineer's designs.

Proven experience in taking design projects from concept to manufacture.
