You will provide strategic advice, draft legal agreements, and ensure efficient case management.
Provide comprehensive contentious planning advice
Offer strategic guidance and draft legal agreements
Ensure financial control and contribute to team training
Stay updated on relevant case law and legislative changes

The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of Scottish environmental law and experience in litigation and planning inquiries.
