• Lead system designs for platform projects, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, safety, and time parameters.
• Deliver tasks in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Refine existing designs and contribute to new product development.
• Resolve conflicts between contractual obligations and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements for proposals.
• Generate non-conformance reports and Engineering Change Notes.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated industry experience in systems engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hardware/software life cycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
