The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Marketing Co-Ordinator Placement Student (Activation Marketer) for Medical Solutions Division covering UK & Ireland you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading localisation and activation of global or EMEA area programmes to generate enduser demand
Provide input into EMEA area marketing and portfolio teams on competitive, customer and media platform trends
Responsible for local promotion planning and implementation
Delivers new product material, programmes and promotions to field sales teams
Manage local marketing calendar for programme implementation
Provide support to the MSD marketing team as and when required
Lead marketing projects for the Operating Room & Intensive Care Unit /Rest Of Hospital market segments as and when required

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Studying for a 4 year Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Marketing (currently in your 2nd year, placement in 3rd year)
An interest or experience in the Medical or Health Care device industry supplying to the NHS
Current, valid Driver's license is required, as you will be required to travel from time to time to visit customers or attend events

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Ability to communicate, present, manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively

Travel: 10% expected

Role Location:
hybrid working in the office Wednesday/Thursday (Loughborough site)

Salary - No less than £21,000 per annum
