    Project Coordinator required in Essex

    GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and very well-established main contractor, based in Essex, who have entered the market for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their operations team reporting into the project managers.

    Roles of the Project Coordinator are:

    Compiling and submitting key contract set-up documentation and liaising with the client team through contract mobilisation.

    Manage the documentation flow (upload and output) where necessary on client document management to support the Project Manager and operations delivery team to ensure compliance with various aspects such as staff access, HSQE documentation etc.

    Coordinate client specific systems training and access.
    Liaise with the Estimating Department to help facilitate the smooth handover from Estimating to Operations of all documentation.
    Assist the Project Managers in preparing the Construction Phase documentation.
    Support Project Managers in day to day activities and arranging permits and dealing with drawing etc.
    The Project Coordinator must have/be:

    High level of competency and literacy in Microsoft Office.
    Flexible to work with and across various teams and sites.
    Construction industry experience.
