    The Position

    Job Title:
    Apprentice Technical Operations Co Ordinator

    Apprenticeship Course:
    Level 3 Digital Support

    Apprenticeship Duration: 16 Months


    Location:
    London EC2M

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

    Salary:
    £19,000 per year

    Role and Responsibilities


    • Provisioning all products.
    • Communicating with customers and suppliers to coordinate delivery, provide regular updates, and manage handovers upon completion.
    • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers.
    • Addressing any issues related to orders and faults, while meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Conducting fault diagnostics and collaborating with suppliers/customers for resolution.
    • Keeping customers informed through phone and email communications.
    • Managing tickets and workflows using ServiceNow.
    • Performing general administrative tasks, including billing entry.
