Strategic Programme Director - Portfolio (business change) FTC or Inside IR35 (min 9 months contract)

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly evolving financial services organisations who are seeking an accomplished strategic programme portfolio director with a specialist in leading and oversight of business change and transformation.

You will be leading the delivery of multiple strategic programmes for our client across key programmes in their change portfolio such as change & transformation, M&A / divestiture, organisation design.

We require a talented portfolio programme leader with a successful track record of working very closely with ExCo's and key executive business stakeholders, leading 'special projects' and ensuring their effective strategic execution.

a background in investment, asset management, or similar industry
a demonstrable track record in leading such strategic special projects outside of the wider organisation change programmes
Executive level strategic oversight expertise
strong commercial strategy knowledge
experience in assessing viability, and business alignment of strategic projects and programmes
Experience and high ability to work closely with the CEO office
