One of the UK's largest providers of rehabilitation case management and treatment services is looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Case Administrator / Coordinator to join their team in Bristol.

Their role is to help people navigate the complexities of private healthcare provision, working with a network of trusted healthcare providers to make sure they get the treatment they need and recover as fast as possible.


Who they are looking for:


They are looking for an individual to join their Treatment Services Team to assist with a range of tasks from managing referrals from insurers and employers to arranging treatment for individuals through their supplier network.

You'll be instrumental inensuring their clients receive the right treatment at the right time.

The role:

Every case is different which means this role offers a lot of variety, and will see you:

  • Work with some of the top case management professionals, helping to manage cases all the way from initial instruction through to completion ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with insurers, solicitors, employers and suppliers to take referral details, arrange treatment and follow up with clients and customers.
  • Create and manage case information on their bespoke system to ensure a smooth journey for their clients and customers.
  • Help manage expectations and any concerns regarding cases by developing and maintaining strong relationships with everyone involved.
  • Use logic and deductive reasoning to establish the cause of any complaints and work quickly to resolve them.
  • Take an empathetic and understanding approach when making decisions regarding an individual's healthcare, taking into account the perspective of all parties.

About you:

In order to be considered for this role, you will be:

  • Comfortable working with a range of IT systems including Microsoft 365 and their own bespoke systems.
  • Excited to learn new information and prepared to get to grips with the complex nature of their industry.
  • Focused on delivering an excellent service with absolute attention to detail and a 'rightfirsttime' approach.
  • Able to take an analytical approach to problem solving, using all the information available to find the best solution.
  • Genuinely interested in and understanding of others and enjoy working with different people from different backgrounds.
  • Confident in setting high standards for yourself and driven by performing well in sometimes difficult situations.
  • Positive, optimistic and able to persevere in the face of setbacks, taking a proactive approach to tackling these.
  • Comfortable with changing circumstances and enjoy overcoming challenges.

Qualifications and experience:


  • Experience in an administrative, medicolegal or insurance (e.g claims handling) setting would be highly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience processing high volumes of complex information and learning new systems
