    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Integration Analyst to join our expert and dedicated team within the Business Change Department. You will lead a team of analysts, developers, and testers, and lead tasks and workstreams within specific Data Feature Team and related projects. In addition, you will be involved in planning, coordinating, shaping the design, development, testing and implementation of data developments and ensuring this align to both our Data Strategy and Corporate aims.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor team of Data Integration Analysts
  • To have detailed knowledge of their assigned Data Feature Team and some knowledge of the rest of the Data Portfolio
  • Using your knowledge and expertise to drive solutions and resolve issues
  • Ensure changes to requirements of projects are handled effectively
  • Engage with potential projects to help advise and inform the scope and objectives are understood
  • Working with feature team Project Managers to ensure Agile epics and stories are set up correctly, and tracked through delivery to completion
  • Ensure new projects are prioritised and initiated effectively
  • Ensure smooth transition of project outcomes to Data Operations
  • Act as key liaison between Third Party development teams
  • Promote Data Quality
  • Special Requirements:

  • Leading Analytical Teams
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL is essential
  • Agile Development and Methodologies
  • Development Lifecycle
  • Experience with database queries
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
