    As a Business Manager the purpose of the role is to achieve sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with healthcare professionals through a multi-channel approach.

    In this role you will:
    Meet or exceed sales budgets through implementation of a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives.
    Plan and document daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts, considering sales time allocation, sales potential, and geographical location.
    Utilize the CRM tool for the management of sales information.
    Develop knowledge of competitive activity both within the overall Territory and at major accounts.
    Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
    Demonstrate clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge.

    The company was established in 2006 and now has over 30 employees based across the United Kingdom who are all passionate about providing high-quality products that meet the individual needs of our customers. The Company's initial focus was on a range of products designed to overcome common problems experienced by patients living with a stoma. Over recent years the focus has been on a commitment to helping dialysis patients to shower safely with the introduction of a range of specialist prescription products for patients receiving dialysis.

    Qualifications

    Degree or equivalent qualification.
    Full Driving Licence.

    The Person/Experience:

    Medical devices sales experience with at least 2 years experience
    Organised, and focused individual with the ability to identify account opportunities and build effective plans to capitalise on said opportunities
    Creative thinker, not afraid to bring new approaches and ideas forward
    Confident in engaging Healthcare professionals both in 1:1s and presentations
    Commercial acumen with the willingness to win fast and lose fast
    Team player who really believes in making a difference to patient lives
    Engaging, intuitive nature with the ability to build strong relationships
    Ambitious, looking for a company where they can develop themselves
    Comfortable working with CRM, excel, word, powerpoint and office 365
    Able to analyse sales data and use to direct, forecast and reflect
    Able to demonstrate a consultative selling technique, as opposed to a tell sell approach.
    Confident in a multi-channel approach to customer engagement (f2f and virtual)
