    Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience plus excellent benefits.

    About the roleWe are looking for a Senior People Manager to work in partnership with the CEO and Senior Management Team of PWS to set and deliver a people plan aligned with the Group People strategy and aligned with PWS business objectives, working alongside the PWS CEO and senior management team to championing PWS at Group levelYou will be accountable for all people related activity across the entirety of the employees lifecycle include business partnering, employee relations, recruitment, training and development and work collaboratively with the Group People team to ensure group policies, initiatives and strategy aligns with PWS plans, recognising there maybe differences because of the nature of the business.


    What you'll be doing:
    Implement a people plan to influence lasting change that is aligned to the overall group and PWS business strategy.

    Provide, collate and interpret key people data and metrics to enable senior leaders to plan and manage the business and its employees effectively.

    Support the business in building an engaged workforce ensuring there are adequate levels of skills, expertise and resource in the function through effective man-power planning, performance management, talent reviews and succession plans.

    Be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness.
    Drive people-related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills.
    Challenge the status quo and continue to develop ideas, benchmarking against best practice and industry standards.

    Working with the CEO facilitate people engagement activities, including Great Place to Work action plans in addition to supporting RISE employee forum groups.

    Manage all Employee Relation activity including case management through to policy application.
    Facilitate and manage all recruitment and onboarding activity for the business.
    Partner with the Group Centres of Excellence to deliver a high-value service to the business.

    Manage HR documentation confidentially and in-line with the Data Protection Act, maintaining integrity of electronic/hard copy files and document storage and complying with audit requests.
