    NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to assist contracts in the local area, ideally based in Central Belt covering sites in Scotland.

    You will provide Electrical & Mechanical reactive and planned maintenance works to a range of plant and equipment for tenanted andlandlordareas.

    Accountable for undertaking reactive & planned maintenance works to Electrical Systems & HVAC plant & associated equipment ensuring HVAC plant is maintained at all times to current standards & legislation. This includes servicing and repair of arrange of electrical & mechanical plant & equipment.

    The position is Mobile and a company van is provided, therefore a UKDrivingLicense is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete fault finding & repair of a range of electrical & mechanical plant & equipment.
    • Responsibly for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical & electrical plant faults, ensuring all statutory specifications are maintained.
    • Effective servicing, fault diagnosis & repair work of HVAC equipment to current standards.
    • Submission of clear, concise & accurate reports of work carried out.

    Specifications

    • Previously working / working as a mechanical and/or electrical maintenance service engineer within the commercial sector, undertaking routine plant repairs & maintenance.
    • Ideally all candidates should have undertaken a formal electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.
    • UKDrivingLicense
    • 18th Edition
    • Service and repair of HVAC equipment
    • RiskAssessment and Method Statement approval and associated Work Permit's
    • M&E fault finding
