PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER - SOUTHAMPTON

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an NQ -1 year PQE Property Litigation Lawyer with excellent training and academics to join a leading Legal 500 law firm in Southampton.

Our client has an excellent reputation in the industry and is looking to expand their thriving Property Disputes Team.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the team's growth, handling a wide range of disputes across sectors such as energy and local government.

Experience in commercial property disputes
A proven track record in Contentious commercial property
Strong academic background with a min. 1 and excellent training with an established law firm.
At least 1 year of post qualified experience in the property litigation space as a UK (England, Wales or Scotland) Solicitor
In depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals (both unopposed and opposed) ideally in the context of managing a large property portfolio
A strong financial track record
