Contracts available

Full time.
Must be able to do both shifts :45 & 13:30-22:00) & work 2 weekends out of 3

Must be able to work either shift on set days you are available :45 & 13:30-22:00)

Day-to-day, flexible working pattern to suit you.
Must be able to work :45 or 13:30-22:00) on any given day you are available, very flexible as to when you work. Work as much or as little as you like.

It's great for people who can't commit to regular hours and may have other commitments and want to choose when they work.

Rates of pay;
- £21,250 £23,200

  • Hourly : £11.50

Qualifications;

  • Nonrequired

(Full training will be provided)


Your duties will include;

  • Helping children and or young adults get ready in the morning.
  • Helping prepare food throughout the day.
  • Giving extra support in the classroom.
  • Take part in vocational activities like Arts and crafts, Forrest school, farm work etc
  • Offering emotional support.
  • Encouraging pupils to interact and engage in activities.
  • Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals

You will need to have;

  • Transferrable skills from your personal or working life.
  • The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills.
  • The drive to do your best every day.
  • Be a team player.
  • The ability to show empathy and compassion for the child in your care.
  • The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children in your care.
  • The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.
  • A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
