- Co-ordinate and lead a team of engineers
- Ensure all production processes run smoothly
- Supporting the completion of the companies KPI's
- Ensure the team consistently implement and maintain safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and repair of all factory equipment
- Identify the root causes of problems
- Ensure that all breakdowns are recorded
- Carry out Preventative Maintenance work as required
- Maintain systems in place for spare parts stock
- Must be able to dismantle, adjust, modify, improve and assemble factory equipment
