    This Role

    Finance is a small but critical element of our agency. This role will support the finance director deliver outstanding service to our office and the wider field team at every level.

    As we grow, we are looking for a bright, outgoing induvial to join our finance team to ensure we not only maintain but improve and expand what we offer the agency.

    Broad Objectives

    1 To ensure smooth running of daily finance operations within TED Experiences' head office and for remote staff and temporary workers

    2 To contribute to driving sustainable growth by ensuring we provide accurate data at speed to the wider agency.

    Specific Responsibilities

    Bank:

    · Weekly reconciliation of the six business accounts.

    · Reporting any variances identified.

    Expenses:

    · Expend Review and VAT check on submitted expenses.

    · Flag any non-business expenses.

    · Chasing receipts.

    · Download and import Expend Statements.

    · Approve and settle in Paprika all expend statements.

    · Reconcile Expend nominal account.

    Accounts Payable:

    · Input Supplier invoices.

    · Reconciling Supplier accounts to the bank.

    · Liaising with suppliers chasing invoices, resolving queries.

    · Aged Creditor reconciliation.

    · Prepare monthly payment runs – Keeping to cash flow budget set aside for payments.

    Accounts Inbox:

    · Daily monitoring of Accounts Inbox.

    · Dealing with/ fielding and prioritizing queries raised.

    · Ensuring all emails are answered withing the working day.

    · Managing query resolution and chasing internal team on queries not dealt with by finance.

    Ledgers:

    · Assist in balance sheet reconciliations.

    · Assist with prepayment and accruals.

    · Preparation of journals

    Payroll:

    · Reconciliation of field staff shifts.

    · Monitor and approve expenses.

    · Liaise with staffing team to confirm and approve bonus.

    · Mid-month expenses run.

    Ad Hoc:

    · Assisting with collating information for the client month end reports.

    · Lead the management of the staffing portal. New starter reporting/ Change in details etc.

    · Be a support to the client facing team as and when needed.

    · Support FD in monthly reporting/ client requests as needed.

    Candidate Requirement & Skillsets

    You will have 1-year minimum working within a brand experience or staffing and/or field marketing agency and have experience in administration for the business.

    You will be a 'people person' and a 'detail orientated' individual. A brilliant and clear communicator, you'll thrive on naturally forging relationships with team members and have a confident and energetic presence.

    Specific Experience

    1. Aptitude for system processes, development, and compliance management of online databases.

    2. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong initiative for self-learning as reporting requirements develop over time.

    3. Highly motivated and disciplined individual able to work on their own initiative and 'make things happen' through a determined resolute approach.

    4. Excellent attention to detail and meticulous personal admin
