    Pastoral Head of Year (Non-Teaching) - Start Date September 2024

    St Francis Xavier's Catholic Academy, founded in 1842, is a Catholic Academy with a co-educational Sixth Form with a strong academic tradition and 1000 pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4.

    The Sixth Form has strong collaborative links with partner schools across the city.

    We seek to appoint an outstanding, innovative and committed Pastoral Head of Year (Non-Teaching) .

    The successful candidate will positively make a difference by leading a year group as they move through the academy supporting students, enabling both attainment and high quality learning in order to support the academy's pastoral care.

    As an improving school, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with the vision and skills to deliver inspirational pastoral support whilst having the focus and drive to ensure successful outcomes are reached across a designated year group.

    This is a full time, pastoral role within our support staff team. You will play a significant role in providing the highest quality pastoral care to our students. You will also play a pivotal role in developing the academic, social and emotional development of your year group. Personal Qualities
