Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 staff nurse to join our team on Ward F3 at North Manchester General Hospital Site.
The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all aspects of patient care, in a caring , compassionate and sensitive manner.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process. Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for preregistration students .
The successful applicant you will have the opportunity develop, knowledge and skills in the management of medical patients.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and good time management.
Main duties of the job
Hard working, enthusiastic and conscientious, you will have well developed communication and motivational skills and wiliness to engage in change management and improvement.
You will prioritise, assess, plan evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of care of the patients journey, ensuring high standard of care . You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the processes that promote patient safety and quality of care in line with clinical governance frameworks.
