- day to day legal advice to the partnership's business team in London, advising on compliance with UK laws
- as the key legal advisor to the senior leadership team on an array of topics relating to operations and business activities
- and prepare various contracts, amendments and standard terms and conditions for generics procurement and provide guidance on contract standards
- qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 10 years PQE
- working in a healthcare regulatory environment, with pharmaceutical procurement experience is preferred

DMJ is delighted to partner with a generic pharmaceutical sourcing company to assist their search for a Managing Lead Counsel to join the team.
This is a critical role in supporting the businesses highest value joint venture and is the third largest sourcing company in the UK.
The role will manage a small team reporting into the general counsel based in the US. The role will interface heavily with the UK CEO working with them directly on a daily basis.
