    Job Description

    The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project duration.

    You will identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and budgets. Resource allocation is another critical aspect of the role, involving the efficient deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials to support project objectives.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous quality assurance measures, ensuring that project deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver the project pipeline, a wide range of ad-hoc business-driven Projects, upgrades and improvement works and feasibility studies
    • Ensure all project works undertaken are managed effectively in line with company procedures and approved codes of practice and requirements
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered profitably and underpinned by a clear breakdown of costs presented to the client for approval
    • To lead by example, motivate and engage with the key stakeholders and ISS teams across the account
    • Maintain accurate Project files for each project held on shared drive, and keep local records of Project status to evidence progress and commercial management
    • Monitor project performance against SLA's and KPI's in line with customer expectations and ensure accurate Monthly Reports and updates are collated and delivered to the customer reporting timelines

    About You:

    • Demonstrable experience in FM Project Management – specifically in Building upgrades or capital plant replacement
    • Experience in the Management of works and delivering projects on time and to budget
    • Previous experience of forecasting future projects
    • Must be highly numerate and literate.
    • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful operational solutions and drive closure on proposals.
    • A range of experience across project work including CDM, customer service and financial accountability
    • Experience of invoicing client for any project works
    • Awareness of asset risk management and Lifecycle planning.
    • Experience of report writing
    • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum).
    • IOSH, Nebosh, SMSTS or Rospa qualification (desirable)
