We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager who has a passion for serving great drinks and has excellent knowledge on wine, whisky, cocktails, beer and other spritis and drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks. You will be a Bar Manager who is used to living and working in a remote location as it is a lifestyle only a few enjoy. But if it is for you, you can benefit from the most beautiful surrounding countryside and the Western Isles is known for its whiskies.

Being on a small island, this hotel and bar is central to the local population as well as summer tourists, and so you will become part of the community, so it suits a Bar Manager who likes this style of environment. The hotel has a bar, and a bar lounge and restaurant. You will be in charge of writing and costing your own drinks menus and must understand the challenges you may face in terms of ordering stock (the delivery of it). You will be a Bar Manager who is both relaxed and focussed to excel in island life. We are open all year round and so require a Bar Manager who will weather all seasons and have a long career with us.

We are part of a larger company and have other hotels in the group. This hotel is a 3 star hotel and local pub.
